Advanced campaign delivery options
Optional. Peacock Ad Manager provides the following additional options for customizing your campaign.
Test incrementality
Determine the effectiveness of your campaign through a randomised, controlled experiment involving two groups: those who are exposed to your campaign and those who aren’t.
Enter the percentage of your audience that you don’t want exposed to your campaign. Instead of your campaign, a randomly assigned PSA will be delivered to this audience.
This option is required if you expect to pull PSA test (incrementality) reports.
Run A/B test
Test variations of a campaign to see which version performs better by splitting your ad groups without data overlap. You can choose a two-, three-, or four-way test.
A/B testing ensures that each ad group in your campaign is completely distinct and is one of the quickest ways for you to accurately test and learn which ad settings are the most effective and produce the highest return on ad spend.
Configure frequency cap
Set a frequency cap to prevent over-delivery of your ad to the same household and ensure maximum reach across your target audience.
You can configure frequency cap at the campaign level (recommended, if using) and the ad group level.
Best Practice
Frequency caps give you added flexibility, but they can restrict pacing. If you opt to use a frequency cap, we recommend setting it at the campaign level, rather than at the ad group level.
Best Practice
The maximum frequency we recommend is two times per hour, four times per day.
