Put a dashboard in Edit mode
ADVANCED TOOLS
To modify a dashboard (e.g., add tiles, configure settings, rearrange tiles), the dashboard must be in Edit mode.
To activate Edit mode, open the dashboard, then click 
> Edit dashboard.
